Q: How can you know about me  from so far away?

A: You are probably familiar with twins being able to "read" each other from long distances.  All humans have this ability, most simply do not develop it.  Every one of our psychics has spent more than 15 years developing their abilities, and we frequently test each other for accuracy.  

Q: How accurate are your readings?

A: We receive a tremendous amount of positive feedback from the people that we perform readings on regarding the accuracy of our readings.  Our reputation depends on being accurate, and we are very proud of our record.

Q: How can you prove that you aren't like those "phony" phone psychics?

A: You have a right to be skeptical.  Those phony phone psychics that charge "by the minute" are out to take as much of your money as possible.  They are specially trained to keep you on the line as long as possible.  We are not affiliated with those businesses in any way, and we believe that they give honest psychics a bad name.

Q: Who are you, specifically? 

A: Gus, our main psychic, established The Email Psychic in early 1999 after spending many years doing private psychic work.  We are based in Knoxville, Tennessee.  We understand that earning your trust is very important, and we assure you that we are honest and caring individuals.  Currently all readings are performed by Gus or by one of our other two readers.

A: Ordering a reading is extremely safe.  All transactions take place via secure server.  Also, your personal information is kept 100% confidential.  Your e-mail address will not be added to any mailing list, and you will not receive any "spam" e-mail as a result of using this service.
